Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Development of Suzhou 2017 WG 47 Plot Residential Building by China Railway Construction Real Estate Development of Suzhou 2017 WG47 is a residential project in the old town of Suzhou. The design draws on the layout principles of the classical Suzhou gardens. Free-flowing courtyards link and extend the interior and exterior spaces. The building forms follow the Jiangnan architectural tradition, and each component is divided, arranged and selected with care. Traditional and modern materials are combined: titanium zinc plates replace small gray roof tiles, alloy parts replace wooden strips, and stone forms the bases of the corridor pillars.
