The site covers 126,700 square meters, with a total construction area of 1.2 million square meters. Class A office towers, residential buildings, retail areas, cultural venues and public spaces are combined with preserved historic structures. Small-scale buildings and pedestrian routes relate the complex to the nearby old town. An east-west landscape axis and a north-south cultural axis link the riverside with the surrounding neighborhood.
