Construction and Real Estate Projects Design River One Residential by Quincy Li River One is a residential complex located in Chongqing, China, between the Jialing River and Zhaomu Mountain Park. The orientation and height of every building follow the local terrain, so each apartment has an open view of the landscape. Height differences at the entrances are resolved by elevators and stairs set within the landscape design. A waterfall in the central courtyard and other landscape elements also address the level changes of the site. The facades are made of silver-gray aluminum plates, glass and wood-grained aluminum panels.
