Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. The aim of the project is to create a hidden elevated courtyard in an urban district in Chengdu, China. Combining the urban landscape and resources supplied, the Jinjiang Minor created a multi-layers of residential spaces spreading across the central axis of the whole site based on the natural landform with high elevations on the North and lowlands on the South.
