SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration

Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration by Liubov Maximenkova SBOF Mortgage is a web interface for the electronic registration of mortgages and the removal of real estate encumbrances. The system lets bank employees and customers submit applications for state registration remotely and track their status. Each employee receives an electronic signature and a personal account, and tasks are assigned automatically by status and priority. Application data is taken from the bank lending systems, so forms are filled in automatically and repeat applications take only a few minutes. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens.
