Construction and Real Estate Projects Design The Bund Garden by Greentown China Holdings Limited The Bund is a residential development in Shanghai, China, with a gross floor area of 78,917 square meters. The facades follow the three-section composition of classical Chinese architecture and highlight horizontal lines, curved corners and Art Deco details. Chamfered corners are applied to towers, podiums, corridors, door heads and enclosure walls. The buildings are arranged in a scattered layout to create a sense of openness along the street. Lintels and brick walls from the former buildings are combined with modern materials to form a garden of memories.
