Sarban Leather Bag

Fashion and Travel Accessories Design Sarban Leather Bag by Aida Mehranfar Sarban is a handmade leather bag inspired by the Sarban Minaret in the Joybar neighborhood of Isfahan, Iran. The bag measures 300 mm by 120 mm by 230 mm and weighs about 613 grams. Natural camel leather is used, a material chosen for durability and for the historic role of the minaret as a guide for camels and caravans. Raised and recessed geometric shapes on the front recall the brickwork of the minaret, and a single brick tone follows the same reference. The design refers to an area where different religions coexist peacefully.
