Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House by TOPWAY Jade Villa is a residential complex designed as a three dimensional eco house. The project takes inspiration from the landscape of Wu Hu and places a hanging garden along the east west axis, giving each unit a private garden with a storey height of 6.2 metres. High performance concrete and low polluting building materials are used. A rainwater harvesting system, green vegetation and a rain garden support ecological restoration. Open transitional spaces link interior and exterior areas and encourage contact between neighbours. The interior layout is adjustable for flexible use of space.
