Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Moon Trace Art Installation by He Xiayun Moon Trace is a light and shadow art installation. The form recalls the moon and integrates dragon motifs. The design links the Eastern full moon, a symbol of reunion, with the Western crescent moon, a symbol of hope. Moon Trace is made mainly of recycled steel and is divided into four modular parts for efficient assembly and disassembly. Built-in LED strips, projected light and intermittent smoke interact with polished surfaces. An automatic sensing spray system responds to the position of viewers, creating changing scenes.
