Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Terra Bolaman Hotel by Reacto Architect & Design Terra Bolaman is a hotel and cultural complex located in Bolaman, a historic coastal settlement in northern Turkey. The project covers 6605 square metres and includes guest rooms, a spa, pools, an amphitheatre, exhibition areas and stepped public platforms. Reinforced concrete, exposed steel and locally sourced stone form the structure. Stepped terraces follow the steep cliffs and support open spans and natural ventilation. The design refers to the Genoese heritage of the site and links its historical layers with contemporary spatial planning.
