Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Radiant Bloom Public Art by Kuo Kuo-Hsiang Radiant Bloom spans a circular ceiling void and rises from a ground level water feature, anchored by a five axis radial structural system. Ten curved stainless steel elements radiate from a central core, forming a dynamic composition that evokes both a flowing fountain and a blooming flower. Perforated and mirror polished surfaces filter light and cast intricate shadows while reflecting the sky and surroundings. As daylight shifts, the sculpture transforms continuously, creating an immersive dialogue of reflection. It demonstrates how art can transcend spatial boundaries.
