Fine Arts and Art Installation Design A Dream tabletop lighting installation by Naai-Jung Shih The designer considers a dream is weightless and transparent. It can hardly be caught, and yet it is so realistic. He designs this installation as a way to visualize the metaphor of the surrealistic nature in a dream. Each curved member contributes to a part of a propagating dream. He places entire design setting on a transparent base with a light source projects upward to make it feel weightless like floating in the air.
