Solaris Asemic Calligraphy

Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Solaris Asemic Calligraphy by Lina Piskunova Solaris is a triptych of asemic calligraphy works made as wall art. The three pieces are titled The Sun, The Ocean and The Library, and they share one visual style. Each piece measures 700 by 700 by 20 millimeters and is written by hand with colored pens and golden and silver markers on colored paper. The written forms carry no fixed meaning, so every viewer can form a personal reading. The circular composition required careful control to keep the letters even in size along each line. Solaris is presented without a frame.
